  setuptools가 빌드 환경에서 작동하지 않기 때문에 setup.py를 실행할 수 없는 에러입니다. 다음과 같은 절차를 통해 에러를 해결하였습니다.

 

해결방법

 

1.  pip iist를 통해 setuptools가 제대로 설치되었는지 확인합니다.
2.  설치가 되어있다면 pip install --uprade setuptools 명령어를 통해 최신버전으로 업그레이드 합니다.
3. 여전히 에러가 해결되지 않았다면 pip install --no-cache-dir package-name 명령어를 통해 설치해봅니다.
